Service Description
Our Discovery Call service is a dedicated 30-minute session designed to understand your specific concerns, challenges, and goals. During the call, we will: Discuss your needs in detail. Explore which of our services, such as therapeutic coaching, academic editing, or mental health advocacy, aligns best with your objectives. Create an actionable plan for moving forward. This conversation ensures that we provide you with the right support and a roadmap for success.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with our office. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session’s cost. Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointments must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Frequent last-minute rescheduling may result in additional fees or refusal of future bookings. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
