Mental Health Advocacy for Families service provides professional support by accompanying clients to appointments, meetings, and other situations where mental health expertise is needed. We bridge the gap between families and providers, ensuring your voice is heard and your needs are met. This service empowers families to navigate mental health systems with confidence and clarity.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with our office. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session’s cost. Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointments must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Frequent last-minute rescheduling may result in additional fees or refusal of future bookings. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
